Never have I ever felt so paranoid and afraid of my environment.
That's because Covid19 is not your average virus that supposedly came from a Wuhan wet market. Chinese and other south asian countries have been eating bats, snakes, spiders and other gross animals for hundreds or possibly thousands of years.
Don't believe the narrative. Covid19 is a bioweapon unleashed perhaps unintentionally onto the world.
If you're one of the so called lucky ones, then you've managed to avoid the virus so far.
Here are some tips on how to keep it that way.
Lysol wipes. Keep them in your car and home. You can use this to clean your keys, your car interior, your door knobs and ensure the virus is destroyed before it gets into your airways.
Lysol bathroom spray. Spray this liberally in your bathroom. The spraying action makes it easier and faster to do. Use this especially when you have multiple people in your household.
Paper towels. Paper towels help you dry your hand or can be used to touch door or elevator buttons or any other objects that have been touched by others.
Tissue paper. Keep these in your pockets. You can never have enough. Tissue paper make a good barrier between your skin and any surface for when you forget your gloves or paper towels.
Toilet paper. Toilet paper is to be treated like tissue paper. It's a great backup when you will eventually run out of tissue paper.
Gloves. Get 2 varieties of plastic gloves. Get the loose, clear disposable gloves for when you go shopping and you are in a hurry. Slip them on and easily slip them off by pulling the insides out so that you don't touch whatever your gloves have touched.
Latex gloves are great because you can wear them and wash them at the same time. These are to be used if you need to wear gloves for an extended period of time.
Scarf. Masks are going to be unavailable due to hording and high demand. Use a simple scarf to wrap around your nose and mouth when you go shopping or in other areas where people may have been. Make sure you wash your scarf after every trip out.
Good luck my friends and stay strong for your families.
